Creation of Urby Lab for R&D Purposes
A 48-unit Urby test building was opened to test innovative layouts and provide proof of concept.
2019
Brookfield x Urby Joint Venture
Through our partnership with Brookfield, Urby is able to leverage Brookfield’s unique insights in the real estate and hospitality markets to help drive growth.

NYC Regional Growth
3,200 units opened Jersey City, Harrison, Stamford, and Staten Island further refining the concept.

Investment in New Markets
